Urbino Wireless Campus (UWiC) is a project of the University of Urbino serving students, residents and the Urbino area.

UWiC offers an extensive wireless network allowing students, residents and visitors to Urbino and the surrounding area to gain free access to a vast range of information and communication services.

UWiC provides University of Urbino students with direct access to all university services, effectively extending the campus over the entire area covered by the network.

UWiC has ranked first among the 82 wireless projects submitted by all Italian universities to the Prime Minister's Office in 2006.
