Reserved services are services which users can access only after going through an identification process. To identify themselves, users must provide their username and password assigned by the service provider upon registration.

UWiC offers reserved services provided by the University of Urbino to its students and employees, as well as those provided by its partners to their users. Among its reserved services, UWiC offers the creation of VPN tunnels (virtual private networks) towards other private networks, making it possible to use UWiC as an access network to services provided by third parties.
